The goal of the management of Rädlinger primus line GmbH is to meet customers' requirements within the range of the pipe rehabilitation system Primus Line®. The products and services provided are implemented according to the Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001, the Environmental Management Standard DIN EN ISO 14001 and the Occupational Safety Directive OHSAS 18001.
Legal requirements are taken into consideration as is our own heightened awareness of quality and the environment. The primary objective of the quality, environmental and occupational safety policy is to provide our customers with complete satisfaction, through superior, error-free products, as well as reliability through established customer-supplier relationships.
Among the top corporate principles include the orientation of activities to customer requirements to increase customer value and meet the highest requirements in quality and environmental issues.
However, the quality of products and services should rather be viewed as a challenge to be constantly improving, and to be able to keep up with the growing demands of an increasingly global market.
To meet the said quality, and environmental and safety policy, a management system was introduced, which is described in management handbook:

• All services, from the costing of work preparation, production and construction work to the carrying out of maintenance, are performed on the basis of orders and customers. Positive project results and satisfied customers is our goal.
