Industrial high pressure mains

Many industrial pipelines operate 24/7. They transport brine or process water and are often rated to a design pressure of over 16 bar.

As these pipelines are a substantial component to a respective production process of the asset owner, downtimes have to be kept to a minimum. Due to the strength of the aramid core the Primus Line® system can be used to rehabilitate industrial pipes, that are rated to a design pressure of 16 bar and above despite the low wall thickness of the liner.

In the Netherlands a PN 25 brine pipeline running underneath a motorway was renewed with Primus Line®. The installation of the system could be achieved in only one working day.

A similar project was also completed in France realizing a significant cost and time saving to the asset owner.
