The R-Connector offers a great variety of connection options. A connection with the host pipe can be established by welding or in various flange norms.
For wall mounting in chambers the connector is also available with a mounting plate. That makes it the most flexible type among the connectors of Primus Line®.
The principle for a pull-proof connection between a liner and an R-Connector is always the same: The bushing has a malleable steel jacket inside. Under high pressure a two-component resin is pumped through a valve that pushes the steel jacket and the liner into an indentation on the core. This forms a permanently stable unit after the resin has cured.
The Primus Line R-Connector is available in nominal diameters from DN 150 up to DN 500 – equipped with flanges according to DIN, ANSI and AS4087, prepared for a welded connection or for wall mounting. Individual solutions for projects are possible as well.
