The production works of Primus Line® was designed especially for the production of Kevlar reinforced pipe. Both from a production-technical standpoint and with regard to the product quality, Primus Line® is produced under optimum conditions.
The company itself imposes conditions which involve a significant exceeding of standards as an objective, which is also reflected in the quality as well as the environmental and occupational safety policy.
From production conditions through to the finished product
As a particularly reliable and secure system, Primus Line® also satisfies the most demanding specifications relating to hygiene and is therefore even suitable for the renewal of drinking water pipelines, which is associated with high requirements. Primus Line® already possesses corresponding certifications in the following countries:
Additionally, Primus Line is certified in accordance with SCCP and meets the highest standards in security, health and environmental protection systems of the chemical and petrochemical industry.
In bi-annual inspection tests, an external test lab strictly monitors adherence to the directives of the VP 643, which are prerequisites for obtaining the DVGW-type approval certificate.
To guarantee a high quality product, the following quality controls are to be carried out during and after the production process:
An inspection certificate is issued to each customer as evidence of the highest level of product quality and to document the results of quality testing
Primus Line® uses the existing infrastructure, protects nature and the environment as a result of the minimal impact and requires only a low level of machine deployment. Sustainable and ecology-minded thinking was decisive in the development of the trenchless technology, and to this day it has been a feature of its business principles, (possibly: the company fulfills the Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001, the Environmental Management Standard DIN EN ISO 14001 and the Occupational Safety Directive OHSAS 18001.)
