Manufacturing technology
Extraordinary products need extraordinary production methods: Primus Line® is manufactured on vertical production lines. The production process starts in a height of about 20 metres. On the way down it combines aramid fibre with polyethylene and – if required – thermoplastic polyurethane into a robust and flexible liner.
Quality
The entire production process is accompanied by in-depth monitoring. Sensors and cameras constantly capture process parameters and are the basis for comprehensive control mechanisms for the control of wall thickness and consistency.
Certification
Material for pressure pipelines have to meet high quality standards because within them sensitive media like potable water or potentially dangerous media like gas is transported under high pressure. Primus Line® is certified according to the high standards for these mediums in numerous countries.
