When and how did you join Rädlinger Primus Line? What made you decide to join the company back then – and what keeps you here to this day?

I joined Rädlinger Primus Line in 2014. When I was shown round the production facility in Weiding during my job interview, I was really impressed by the machinery and the products. That fascination continues to this day.

Which moments or projects do you particularly enjoy looking back on?

In Sicily, a landslide cut off a town’s water supply. Thanks to the rapid deployment of our product, the local people were able to regain access to drinking water.

In your view, what has changed the most – in technical, organisational and/or on a personal level?

The company is constantly evolving, and the range of applications is extremely diverse. Its profile is growing enormously. Nevertheless, Rädlinger Primus Line is still family-run and maintains a flat hierarchy.

Which developments in your field were real milestones for you?

The introduction and implementation of quality assurance and monitoring. 

The introduction of a complaints system.

Which skills or values from your early days are still important today, and why?

A strong commitment to quality, both then and now, because we bear a great deal of responsibility for our product.

You are now an expert in your field. What does experience mean to you in your day-to-day work?

Spotting mistakes before they happen.

When you think about the future development of the company and/or the product, what are you particularly looking forward to?

New liner sizes, as these offer further opportunities for using our products.
