When and how did you join Rädlinger Primus Line? What made you decide to join the company back then – and what keeps you here to this day?

I changed jobs back then for family reasons. What convinced me when I applied to Rädlinger Primus Line was that the company is a young, up-and-coming business, develops and markets a great product, and, in my view, has a lot of potential.

Which moments or projects do you particularly enjoy looking back on?

I can recall many moments when we celebrated numerous achievements together as a ‘family’, and I can remember many different projects with a wide variety of challenges that we successfully overcame together. And I am looking forward to tackling many more new challenges. 

One special moment was the day we took delivery of our telehandler ‘Hellboy’; since then, we have been able to load containers much more quickly and safely.

In your view, what has changed the most – in technical, organizational and/or on a personal level?

Organizational: the steady growth of our company across all areas; in the warehouse department in particular, the relocations from Weiding to Chammünster and, within Chammünster itself, to the new warehouse.

Professionally – and this is particularly relevant to me personally – the opportunities for further training, for example to become a racking inspector. I hope that my professional expertise will continue to be nurtured in the future and that I can put it at the company’s disposal.

Which developments in your department were real milestones for you?

The development of the new folding system and its continuous improvement; also, the various relocations to the new halls, each with ever-better facilities.

Which skills or values from your early days are still important today, and why?

When I started at the company, I already held a Master Craftsman’s certificate in warehouse logistics. Now, as a warehouse manager, I can make full use of this potential.

You are now an expert in your field. What does experience mean to you in your day-to-day work?

I now know all the warehouse parts, their intended use and the assembly sequence. This means I can ensure that the parts are packed in the correct order for the assembly team or the customer.

When you think about the future development of the company and/or the product, what are you particularly looking forward to?

I am looking forward to the constantly evolving range of products – liners and connectors – and the future, steady expansion of the warehouse and production facilities!
